TERMS

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Returns initiated outside this window are not eligible for refund.

• Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning product(s) to our warehouse.

• Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s) included. Returns received without the qualifying free item may be refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the retail value of the promotional item.

• Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with your refund amount once the return has been fully processed.

• For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

• Refunds issued to a credit card may take 7–10 business days to post to your account, depending on your issuing bank. For other payment methods, please contact the relevant payment provider or financial institution for processing timelines.

• Lockhart's Authentic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

If you don’t love your Lockhart’s product, you may exchange it for a different one of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery.  Any price difference for a higher-value replacement product must be paid by the customer.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Test the product lightly (that means a small dime-sized scoop for pomades or a spray or two for fragrances).

2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the product isn’t for you.

3. Return the original product to our warehouse with any included box packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Tell us what replacement product you would like in a note with your return.

5. Once received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement product.
