If you don’t love your Lockhart’s fragrance, you may exchange it for a different scent of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery. Any price difference for a higher-value replacement product must be paid by the customer.
How it Works
1. Test the fragrance with a spray or two.
2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the scent isn’t for you.
3. Return the original fragrance to our warehouse with any included box packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement scent.
Terms
- Fragrances must be returned nearly unused, with only one or two test sprays missing.
- One complimentary fragrance exchange per customer.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Applies only to fragrances purchased directly from LockhartsAuthentic.com.
- Purchases made through Amazon, retailers, or other third-party sellers must be handled through the original point of sale.
- Lockhart’s Authentic reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

The Navigator Clay Pomade offers a strong hold and keeps the hair supple and flexible all day long.
Permanently reworkable. Makes it easy and pleasant to create a natural, matte and texturised look.
SCENT: A blend of dark chocolate and sun-ripened orange.
High-quality, natural ingredients such as shea butter (moisturises and strengthens the hair), wheat germ oil (regenerates and nourishes), avocado oil (contains 20 vitamins and minerals), argan oil (protects against dehydration), jojoba oil (moisturizes and nourishes), lupin proteins (increase the elasticity of the hair) and rice proteins make the Navigator Clay Pomade a top (hair-care) product.
- Firm hold.
- Matt, texturized look.
- Signature fragrance of the Navigator range.
- Shampoo is required to wash out.

Water-based products wash out easily with just water, give a lighter feel, and typically provide a cleaner, more natural finish. Oil-based products are thicker, longer-lasting, and give you that old-school grip and shine, but they’ll take a bit more effort (and shampoo) to remove. One's for convenience, the other's for commitment.
