There are two versions this year for the HolidayHoobyWhatty Pomades, the Green is the firm hold and the Red (this one) is the medium hold.
To make it even easier to wash out use the brand new Lockhart's Groom Cream to breakdown the buildup before showering.

What's the difference between an oil based and a water based hair product?
Water-based products wash out easily with just water, give a lighter feel, and typically provide a cleaner, more natural finish. Oil-based products are thicker, longer-lasting, and give you that old-school grip and shine, but they’ll take a bit more effort (and shampoo) to remove. One's for convenience, the other's for commitment.
